why become an administrator? i will tell you . Have you looked at the images at the top of the main menus of quantum legacy correct it if you saw buffers that had globax units and fta they could build anything they want so if they land they can build an apostle as the first structure.Also you could delete accounts if you were an administer.

The point is you can't become and administrator... plus SDK and Mods can do everything you just stated with the exception of banning accounts.
